Work is progressing fast. Here is what's new. Complexity is increasing, if I forget something please do not take it personally. :)

Request for information

We need organizational information in a format that can be transposed to the proposal.

I have started with my own company: please download that file, rename it (use your organization's name) and modify it adding your own details. If you're self employed or independent, rename it with your name, we will find a way to bring you in an organization.

At the moment we do not need to fill everything up, but what's important at this point are Name, PIC number, average monthly rate, contact person. You can fill out the rest, the more the better. 

In discord we have a channel for expressing your interest: please add your interests there.

Advancement

We will start writing down first concepts on the proposal with Rodrigo in the next few days (formatting the document at the moment, maybe some content tomorrow)

We should have a first list of workpackages by tomorrow (and discussion following). The list on discord that you find following the link was set up by me but needs to be discussed and validated with the group working on it.

Open questions on finances on the mural, they have been moved to discord, please contribute there.

First ideas on business models for content and financials

I had two conversations this week, one with BLOXHUB (Aase Holjund Nielsen) and one with Munkun (Guillermo and Pablo). 

BLOXHUB confirmed their interest, and we'll be exploring with them the idea of developing NEB Chapters as a mix of "artistic residencies meets erasmus program meets real estate". Date of conversation to be defined

Munkun will help on community building an on IT solutions.

New organizations

BLOXHUB, project coordinator for the lighthouse project DESIRE has confirmed that they are joining us. That's great news: we will start to check if it's meaningful for them to set up a local chapter, and how the NEBHub can help them share the knowledge they created.

We also have a semi-final decision from the Crafts Council of Europe (Rachel Kelly is following up on this). Great to have crafts represented!

Next week we have an onboarding call for three new organizations who expressed interest:  

• Technical University Lisbon, Nuno Jardim Nunes (coordinator of the BoSS lighthouse project, recommended by Aase from BLOXHUB), 
• Faculty of Arts and Design of the West University of Timișoara Romania (Diana Andrescu)
• EIT Climate KIC,  Natalia Vera (Recommended by Loredana Stasisin)
