What data do we collect?

You can browse through the website and view its content without giving any personal data. When you access this website, we receive as an essential technical requirement the Internet Protocol address (IP address) or the device ID of the device used to access the website. Without this information, you will not be able to establish a technical connection between your devices and the server infrastructure maintained by us, and therefore will not be able to access this website.

Your personal data is collected if you decide to register to this website, or if you decide to contribute to any of our digital services, like online surveys. By registering you allow us to offer you additional functionalities, for example to add a project to this website, or to add your experience to a survey. How do we store your data?

We securely store the data proceeding from this website on servers in France, owned and maintained by OVH (https://www.ovhcloud.com/) according to the highest security standards. We only keep your ip address and device id in our database for the time necessary to fulfill the request, namely for the duration of the browsing session. In addition, IP addresses and device IDs might be saved for one year in our log files for security or other purposes. We keep your email address until you erase your account from the system or for a maximum of a year, if your account becomes inactive. Once this time period has expired, we automatically delete your account and associate the content you created to the "anonymous" account.

We securely store the data of the survey you participate to on servers in Ireland, owned and maintained by the Cynefin company. 

Marketing

We will send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, if you have agreed to receive marketing information. You may always opt out of marketing information at a later date.

What are your data protection rights?

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access – You have the right to access copies of your personal data. You can do so visiting your profile and clicking on the tab "All your data". You can also request your data using the "my data request" tab in your profile.

The right to rectification – You have the right to correct any information you believe is inaccurate and you can do so by visiting and editing your profile. You also have the right to complete the information you believe is incomplete via your profile page.

The right to erasure – You can erase your own data by editing your profile and cancelling your account. You also have the right to request that we erase your personal data, using the "my data request" tab in your profile.

The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data.

The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data. This request will be followed up by blocking and deleting your account.

The right to data portability – You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected directly to you. You can do so by visiting the "my data request" tab in your profile.
