Bad news and good news!

Bad news is slow progression in defining outputs and deliverables, and clustering your interests. 
I have reached WP3, partially. I have also re-structured some WP's and added tasks, and need to integrate a lot of input from ART-ER and Jorge (thank you!)
Everything is in our shared document. Please review the changes, in particular the Communication strategy is now part of WP2.

I hope to finish this during the weekend, including laying out the deliverables in a timeline.

In our next call on Monday at 8AM we will check everything for comments and will share ideas to assign partnership levels for this project (full, associate, advisor).

Good news: We received an email of support from ENEA, who are ready to write a letter of support to the project, and maybe enter as advisor. ENEA is the Italian National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Economic Development.
